In the year 1996 today’s human resources (HR) and management consulting firm kneier consult gmbh with its headquarters at Schloss Garvensburg in the north Hessian city of Fritzlar was formed out of the company kneier and partners.
From HR and organizational development our activities were expanded to include nearly all aspects of corporate performance. Over the years, moreover, specific knowledge of the trade industry has developed. By definition all consultants from our company possess many years of professional and managerial experience.

The market analysis, strategic concept and implementation from a single source made a precision landing at the target group possible. The first sales figures are not only very promising, at this time they already exceed expectations.

The already successfully tested instruments for cost optimization by Kneier consult are being adapted in collaboration with the clinic administration of Johanniter Hospital for use in the hospital. The roll-out for other clinics is scheduled to begin in June 2008.
Sonnenei is a trademark
Punctually at the beginning of the new year the managing directors of Sonnenei, Leonard and Thomas Häde, together with Harald Kneier drew up a positive balance sheet. The market and the press have acknowledged the Sonnenei trademark and consumers have jumped at this environmental product. Further consolidation of our success and the successful collaboration between Sonnenei and the Kneier Group have been agreed upon for the future. The concept, implementation and the accompanying Full Service have here as well proved themselves to be a success factor.
