Over the years, marketing and sales consulting, ethnomarketing and ethno-sales have developed into particular fields of activity. These now represent separate areas in our company.

We emerged as a personnel and management consultancy in 1996 from the personnel and organizational development company kneier und partner. Since 2004 we bundled a seminar hotel, a conference venue and a communication platform under one roof through our former company headquarters “Schloss Garvensburg”. In May 2021, due to the termination of the seminar business, we moved our company headquarters to a historic villa in the center of Fritzlar and proudly look back on many communicative and successful events.
